tuition & financial aid

Once your Gradelink online registration has been submitted, you will need to create a Blackbaud Tuition account to pay your registration fee. Click on the CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT button, and enter Mountain View Lutheran School in the search box. Our Smart School ID is #13543. Follow the prompts to complete your account.
You will be charged the FULL registration fee upon creation of account. ($395 for Preschool, $650 for Elementary). Registration is not complete until this fee is received. The registration fee is not refundable.

TUITION

2022-2023 Elementary Annual Tuition

K-4 Tuition:  $8950

Grade 5 Tuition:  $9100 (includes Outdoor Education costs)

Tuition Payment Plans

  • One annual payment
  • 10 monthly payments due every month from July- April (register with Blackbaud Tuition by May 15)
  • 12 monthly payments due every month from May - April (Register with Blackbaud Tuition by April 1)

    Families registered after August 1, 2022 will pay tuition on a pro-rated basis using a monthly plan.

FINANCIAL AID

Financial aid is a separate application process that is completed AFTER the registration process. Registering your child at Mountain View Lutheran is not a guarantee of financial aid. Failure to be awarded financial aid is not grounds for reimbursement of the registration fee. The registration fee must be paid to have your financial aid application reviewed.  Only those students with enrollment applications submitted and fees paid are eligible.
Applications for financial aid are only accepted through Blackbaud Aid. Applications are being accepted now for the 2022-2023 school year.

Elementary Uniforms

Mountain View Lutheran requires all elementary students to wear uniforms.

Bottoms may be purchased from Campus Club or from another uniform collection and must be Navy or Khaki. No cargos.

Polos must be purchased from Campus Club. They have the correct embroidery colors and shirt colors.

All previously purchased uniforms are perfectly acceptable as they will all match the Campus Club uniforms.

Please contact the school office manager regarding used uniforms available for purchase. For all specifics regarding the Dress Code, please consult the most recent edition of the Parent-Student Handbook.
