The Military Interstate Children’s Compact Commission (MIC3) allows for military families to more easily transition children between states and school districts of member states.

Are you already a member of the MVLCS Community and also a military-connected family?

  • Click here for information on the Military Fee Assistance Program as part of Child Care Aware of America. This program assists United States Army families to financial assistance for the cost of attending a child care center.
  • Click here to email the School Office to notify the school of any upcoming or current deployments your family might be experiencing, so we may know how to best support your family, especially your children.
  • Come see our Purple Star School Program display in the hallway outside the Ladies Restroom, and ask the School Office to include your family’s name to the display.
  • Join us throughout the school year for ceremonies to honor the members of our armed forces and their families.

The military community is prayed for regularly in worship services and other times.

Please notify the Church Office by phone (702-360-8290) or email so we may pray more specifically for your family.

MVLS is a candidate to be recognized as a Nevada Purple Star School, a designation provided to military-friendly schools in the state of Nevada who display a major commitment to serving military-connected students and families.
